- Connect or disconnect a USB device from any USB port - USB hubs should also work.
- Confirm stutter via FPS or Frametime graph.
Explanation
Big game stutters when connecting or disconnecting a USB device.
I have a slightly faulty USB hub that doesn't always quite work perfectly, which is how I first encountered the issue. I noticed getting massive stutters but didn't pay too much attention to it the first time. The second time it happened, I noticed a USB device constantly getting disconnected and reconnected, which was connected to my faulty USB hub. I then tried connecting a different device to a different USB port (that was not on the USB hub) and I still got similar stutters.
