Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get a bulk detonator
  2. Kill it close to the elevator generator
  3. Move away from the ensuing explosion
  4. ?????
  5. Profit

Explanation

A bulk blew up on the elevator generator causing it to get broken despite not having started the generator yet. Upon starting the elevator the generator is still showing up as broken, but it is working. Seems to be just a visual bug
