Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick up an item in a hurry
2. Press E and immediately start to throw the object

Explanation

Small but very noticable and recreatable bug where if you go to throw an object right after picking it up, you drop the object instead of starting the charge for the throw.

You can wait a very small amount of time to avoid this but it has never been a problem in mainline DRG from what I know.
