Explanation
All four team mates killed during a level up upgrade menu by corespawn
Game completely bugged out after, gave us death screen, after everyone accepted it put us back into the upgrade accept screen, after everyone chose upgrades it just was stuck in a no UI screen where the only way out was ALT F4. Lobby closed I did not have to Alt f4 so my logs should be useful
