Steps to Reproduce

1. people downed in the red zone of the level
2. made it to the elevator with 2 of us
3. finished level
4. selected next augment for next stage
5. transitioned then auto failed

Explanation

Auto failed mission

We were going down to floor 4/5 on a depth 2 five level mission. 2 of them had fallen but 2 of us made it to the elevator. As we transitioned there was some sort of wierd visual bug then we rendered in and then we failed the mission automatically. Not sure why
