Audio Choppiness After Turning Off In-Game Music

Steps to Reproduce

1. launch game
2. go to settings
3. go to audio
4. turn music volume to 0
5. a restart of the game may be needed

Explanation

At what seems to be random times for me, my audio get choppy. It has happened the last two times i open the game. The audio is clear and crisp one second, then the next its choppy, cutting in and out rapidly, and soemtimes just doesnt make any sound at all. It is worth mentioning that i have turned down all the in game background music. i will try to leave instructions to recreate this as much as i can. It only started happening when i turned off the music.
