Explanation

Unable to place anymore disposable sentries.
Playing as Retcon, got the disposable sentries from an equipment crate.
Placed down sentries during Rewind Time succesfully. Was also able to place them normally. The next floor onward I was then unable to place the sentries anymore despite having a full amount. Was still unable to place them during the rest of the run.
Unclear if Retcon was related to this or not.
