Steps to Reproduce

1. Be on a haz 2, 5 level facility.
2. Have two people be left on level 2, 1 down, 1 grabbed.
3. Go to level 3.
4. There should be a weird gray period in the elevator.

Explanation

For some reason, the moment we landed into the next level, we failed the mission.
