Steps to Reproduce

  1. C4 on pedestal
  2. stage boss
  3. item wont spawn
  4. reconnect pedestal to ground with platforms
  5. item spawn

Explanation

Gootorok (?) (ranged gatekeeper with the big slow shot) would not drop the item to throw in the gate when sheild was drained. Pedestal was broken from ground, item spawned when platform placed under pedestal
