Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn boss
2. Use Time rewind ability
3. Get downed while ability is active
4. Get rezzed from a team mate
5. Repeat steps 2-4
6. Now 3 health bars will be visible on the screen but only the last 1 will the health bar actually move

Explanation

When playing as RETCON durin the boss encounter after using my ability and getting downed it causes an extra boss health bar to appear and stay on the screen. after doing the same thing 4 times in a row I had 4 boss health bars at the top of my screen
