Steps to Reproduce

1. Get a notification
2. Try to adjust settings
3. Be unable to see settings under notifications

Explanation

This might not be considered a bug, but when a notification pops up in the upper left corner, it goes above the settings menu, which is really stupid since you can't read the settings that it covers
