Steps to Reproduce

1. Changed to fullscreen while running the game.
2. Unable to get back to the menu.
3. Quit and restarted the game.
4. Unable to start the game at all.
5. Got back in by resetting the fullscreen mode in the.ini file.

Explanation

I am unable to run in fullscreen mode on a 5120x2160 monitor. Borderless window works but in fullscreen the display is distorted and I am unable to hit any buttons
