Steps to Reproduce

1. Joined a game that had already started.
2. Came out of the toilet and we were negotiating for weapons.
3. I was disconnected.
4. When I reconnected, I had a gun but no grenade, ammo, or traverse tool.

Explanation

During my last game I loaded late on the toilet then was disconnected when we were picking the first weapons at the start of the game. When I reconnected I didn't have a grenade or traverse tool. I had a gun but no ammo.
