Steps to Reproduce
- Played the tutorial to completion when first starting the game (it is possible I did some of the objectives out of order)
- Play the tutorial again, this time making sure not to do anything unless explicitly instructed by Omega
- Second time the achievement was given
Explanation
Needed to play the PCAA (tutorial) twice in order to get the achievement.
