Regression of:	#4645 Black Screen on Server Join This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. I literally just tried to join a multiplayer lobby

Explanation

i cant join or host a multiplayer session. this may be client side but ive tried everything but i still cant connect to other lobbies or host my own. whenever i try to join a loby it says joining then goes to a black screen for 40 seconds before saying lost connection.
