Steps to Reproduce

1. get the 6th floor mission and start
2. Before the mission, after the first interaction in the armory
3. confirmed that the movement of R.E.P.D. is fixed and not moving

Explanation

Before the mission starts, after the interaction in the armory
R.E.P.D. won't open the armory and won't move
