Explanation
When playing this game, my computer occasionally completely crashes. I have confirmed it's not a thermal issue. After some trial and error I confirmed that the game occasionally causes my GPU to pull too much power. It's a 850 watt platinum power supply on a 3080 so it's not a matter of an insufficient power supply.
Probably not a "bug" you'd be planning on narrowing down but at this time I cannot replicate this on any other graphically demanding game (RDR2, Minecraft, CP2077) causes it and at this time I've been limiting my GPU max wattage to continue playing the game.
This occurs when using Windows 11 or Linux Mint.
