Steps to Reproduce

1. I don't know how to recreate it.
2. But over the course of 4 or 5 missions it has happened to me 3 times.

Explanation

While playing on controller the abiliity and interact buttons do not register during misssons sometimes. I end up having to go the rest of the misson with out ammon or abilitys becasue the just wont work. it really zaps the fun out of the game.
