Steps to Reproduce

1. Get to a mission stage loading screen by starting a new mission or completing a previous stage

Explanation

Even with a ping of 100 ms or less, the game consistently takes around 3-5 times as long to load for me as compared to my teammates, sometimes taking several minutes to load in extreme cases.
