Steps to Reproduce
- hacked the bio booster (was spamming E at some point)
- the hacking tool stayed in my hand after completion and didn't reward me with the bio-booster
Explanation
after succesfully hacking the bio booster terminal nothing happened, after equipping another weapon i was able to retry the hack.
