Visual Artifacts and Missing Audio During OMEGA Speech

Steps to Reproduce

1. Push buttons.
2. Go through the voice lines.
3. Wait a potentially long period of time.
4. After 15 minutes of pushing buttons, check for the appearance of text and voice line.

Explanation

I was pushing buttons all over the ship, when I noticed there were lines. So, I tested it out and took a few screenshots of the lines because they were hilarious. I don't think it depends on where you are on the ship. After the line from OMEGA "Stop. Pressing. That. Button. I will not ask you again." there was nothing for a rather long time until a speech text popped up but no audio. Also the text disappeared just as quickly. I could not screenshot it in time but it said something along the lines of "You get 10 more button pushes. yes?" before it disappeared.
