Steps to Reproduce

1. Get to fight with Malaktula Gatekeeper
2. Get to low hp
3. Get Boss shield to low hp
4. Jump
5. Break shield of the boss
6. Get tossed by the shockwave near the h*** with force field preventing you from getting revived

Explanation

During the fight with Malaktula Gatekeeper after you get downed and still airborne after a jump, you can get pushed near the h*** with the forcefield preventing you to get revived
