Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a wide screen (21:9) with 6k resolution
2. Play
3. See the icon on the right side

Explanation

i see a placeholder gui icon on the right side where my power-attack gui usually is. it says somehting like "place hoder 3" or "place holder 6". the number seems to be a gui text element .the "place holder" is an image or something (a bit triagle shaped thing)
It does not always happen but sometimes.
