Steps to Reproduce

1. I don't know buddy I was just playing the game
2. nothing weird

Explanation

A cave leech(?) grabbed me seemingly through the wall, but apparently wasn't able to drag me properly through the wall for feeding, I ended up clipping through the wall and falling into the infinite abyss. Cooper was able to revive me, but I was stuck down at the bottom of the elevator shaft. Luckily I picked the drills for this mission so I thought I could dig my way back up, but it's looking kind of grim with this concrete situation
