- Was jumping in the elevator
- Phased outside when colliding with a teammate
Explanation
Stuck in elevator shaft if you phase outside the elevator. You are warped to the top of the elevator shaft at the start of a mission if you fall up through the elevator roof. Doing so will trap you at the top as attempts to jump down will teleport you back to the top.
