Artifact Orb Disappears After Mob Kill in Level 2 Dive

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select the artifact drop as an additional requirement in the second and third stages
2. Kill the mob in the second stage
3. Activate the first artifact
4. Kill the second mob at the next stage
5. At the moment of murder, the sphere falls and disappears

Explanation

Hello!
During a Level 2 Dive, which consists of four stages, I selected the artifact drop (which must be dropped from a mob) as an additional requirement in the second and third stages. Everything went smoothly in the second stage, but in the third stage, when the mob was killed, an orb (which, when turned in, unlocks the artifact) dropped from it and immediately disappeared. My teammates and I never received the orb, and we tried to find it on the map, but to no avail.
