Steps to Reproduce

1. Played a run with a team as slicer
2. Got to level 2 lift, team selected artifact risk
3. During loading, game hung and crashed
4. Rebooted the game and rejoined the lobby
5. Team had just killed the sentinel, I picked brawler
6. Discover that I can no longer use my power swing (normal fire and melee still works)
7. Power swing was only reusable after starting a new run

Explanation

I became unable to use my power attack after rejoining a lobby after crashing during a loading sequence, noticing after choosing the brawler artifact.
