Workout Menu Disappears Offscreen After Flintlock Use

Steps to Reproduce

1. Drink a flintlock (I drank two but it probably works with 1)
2. Start a workout (I've done deadlifts)
3. Let the flintlock do it's work and get flung around the place
4. Notice that the menu isn't there anymore even when you try again (others couldn't see it either)
5. Not sure if it has an effect but I was the host of the lobby
6. Rock and Stone

Explanation

Menu for the workout has flown offscreen, doesnt show button prompts nor events anymore.
