Steps to Reproduce

  1. Started the level
  2. Began the event
  3. Realized that the 4th area never spawned

Explanation

During a depth 1 dive, I activated the Expenite Vault event. The 4th lock area (the things you need to stand on) never spawned in the cave. I was stuck with a constant corespawn incursion for the rest of the level.
