Unexpected Game Over During Transition to Stage 4

Steps to Reproduce

1. I (Guardian) was downed and was revived by a falconer drone
2. As I was revived, falconer went down, and I got on the elevator
3. 3rd player (retcon) was downed trying to revive falconer
4. The lift closed and I was sent to stage 4
5. We selected the difficulty mod
6. As soon as we got into stage 4 and I was in 1st person, we got a game over, even though I was still up and in the elevator

Explanation

As my team started stage 4, before the lift stopped it gave us a game over screen.
