Settings Menu: Input Lag on Checkbox Toggle

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Options -> Gameplay
2. Toggle Subtitles checkbox
3. Immediately after toggling the checkbox, quickly move mouse away from checkbox
4. Notice lag

Explanation

This is a minor bug, nothing gamebreaking. Some buttons within the settings menu have input lag upon enable/disable selection. The Subtitles checkbox and Photosensitivity Mode checkboxes were two that I experienced the minor lag.
