Steps to Reproduce

1. get to equipment upgrade screen
2. select increase max ammo capacity
3. become softlocked

Explanation

Trapped in upgrade screen, unable to leave or open any other menus. I can hover over UI elements and check upgrade paths and information but cannot select anything or do anything to continue forcing an Alt+F4.
