Quest Stagnation After Scanning Workbench During Tutorial

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play tutorial until mining extranite for upgrades.
2. Get mission to scan and locate work bench
3. Scan work bench - but do something else (I think I attempted to right click) right as it finished.
4. View Scanner - see workbench
5. Mission does not progress.

Explanation

During Tutorial - I reached the extranite mining cave and performed some type of action immediately upon completing the scan of the workbench, leading to it showing on my scanner, but not completing the quest to move to the next step.
