Grabbed Through Ceiling by Timer Worm

Steps to Reproduce

1. A teammate started the elevator generator shortly before the timer hit max.
2. We gather on objective, as the spotter I marked the worm with the dart.
3. I shot it a few times and when it retreated the dart outline vanished.
4. While trying to keep a look out for the worm, I turned to repair the generator when it stopped after taking too much damage.
5. I got grabbed by the worm and its entire path was in the wall/ceiling.

Explanation

The grabbing worm that appears when the timer hits max grabbed me through a ceiling and pulled me through a long line of terrain making it impossible to free me.
