Steps to Reproduce

  1. Reach last phase of Gotoorak fight
  2. Toss final gatekeeper orb into gate
  3. Die as the orb is falling in
  4. Gatekeeper dies, but mission is counted as a loss

Explanation

Dying while the Gatekeeper is in it's death animation counts as a mission loss.
