Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Ops Command
- Run the history tab
- Verify that a mission completed on 5/23/2026 shows as Lost despite winning
- After killing the boss, observe if a teammate did damage causing the player to be brought to 1HP
- Check if this damage might have been counted as a death despite appearing alive on the victory screen
Explanation
Operations Command shows "lost" run on a victory where all 3 of us successfully survived and reclaimed
