Steps to Reproduce

  1. Attempted to let each remaining player die and trigger it solo.
  2. Went in and out multiple times.
  3. The elevator would not move.
  4. Eventually lost due to this bug!

Explanation

During the end of a floor, a teammate was grabbed by the worm and removed. The other two people were unable to trigger the elevator to descend after completing the the mission.
