Disposable Turrets Become Unusable After Using Rewind Time

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activate Rewind Time
  2. Place all Disposable Sentry Turrets
  3. Trigger Time Rewind, let the timer run out, but premature triggering might work too
  4. Turrets are at 2/2 remaining but cannot be placed

Explanation

Happened around level 3 but I think Retcon's Rewind Time breaks the disposable turrets in some way that makes them unusable for the rest of the run, haven't been able to place new turrets since they broke, might be related to how the Rewind restores spent ammo.
