Steps to Reproduce

1. Head to a shooting call (normally at the gas stations)
2. Clear up scene once it is over
3. Seems to struggle when ambulances take patients away and officers leave
4. Game freezes and crashes

Explanation

The game crashed after the shooting call, scene was clearing up with ambulances, etc, when it just froze and crashed
