Steps to Reproduce

1. Throw paint on the ground
2. Kill someone
3. It may count 1 out of 5 times
4. Grapple to someone
5. Melee them
6. It will give the grapple melee badge, but not count for challenge
7. The traditional grapple melee sometimes counts for challenge
8. Grapple the person and let it hit for you

Explanation

Unsure if it is a bug or not. But Grapple Melee kills and kills in paint are hit or miss if they count for rewards.
