Steps to Reproduce

1. Unknown, there's a chance that it randomly happens.

Explanation

Okay, I'll put this in bug reports too, but there's like a 3% chance at least for me that all the audio will become what sounds like a muffed version, here's a few clips.

Here's some interesting things about it too:

• It completely goes away after a restart.
• It's very random.
• I'm not sure how to do it yourself, it just kinda happens.
