Nvidia Reflex unavailable on CachyOS with Proton

Steps to Reproduce

1. Lauch game with "Proton Hotfix" and no custom launch options
2. Go to video tab in Settings
3. "Low Latency Method" setting can be only set to none

Explanation

Nvidia Refelx is unavailable on linux(Cachyos) devices.

This issue appears to be unrelated to version proton used and i wasn't able to replicated in other proton games.

Tested proton versions:

Proton Hotfix
proton-cachyos 11.0-20260521
proton-cachyos 11.0-20260521 (slr)
