Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game
2. Close it with Alt + F4
3. Launch again
4. The launcher shows that game is already running. PC restart is not helping.
5. anticheat.x64.redkard.exe process cannot be killed. That's why the game thinks its running already.
6. Fully reinstalling the game resolves the issue.
