Steps to Reproduce

1. restarted game
2. Tried loggin in and out didnt work

Explanation

Hi so i was playing a Ranked match as we came to the ending of the match, i press Que with current game party no one wanted to rerun it so whent back to lobby and i could Not reque as it said failed player sanction, Now im haven't done anything wrong restarted my game and i have a 23 hour ban? (Opened a player support ticket-858)
