Explanation

my PC : Ryzen 9 9950x3d RTX 5070Ti 32Gb ram 6200mhz i enter the range and i move normally my fps is around 350 to 500
and after 10 seconds it drops to 240-190 fps
the issue only in this game
everything is Low in quality graphics
also no DLSS or frame generation is on all are off
i want to give full video here uploaded in google drive but i couldn't
