Explanation

in the loadout section, it says that the sticky bomb is unlocked at level 60 but when i go to the level progression menu it says sticky is unlocked at level 61. In the top right corner of the screen where it shows my level, it says 60 so i got a little confused from seeing i didn't have the nade
