Steps to Reproduce

1. Leave the map from "waterfront"
2. Grapple around the corner to the left
3. There's an area inside a building with a safe zone

Explanation

There is an area outside of Plaza that can be reached without a death zone. Leave the map from "waterfront" and grapple around the corner to the left and you can stay there indefinitely or re enter in the back of "complex"
