Steps to Reproduce

1. Happens at start game
2. Happens at mid game
3. Happens even when streaming with OBS

Explanation

Amd 7900xt gpu 5700x3d cpu with 64 GB ram, getting random fps drops feom 180 down to under 50, sometimes its worst if using obs
. Stutters are happening all time. Maybe game needs more amd optimisation?
