Steps to Reproduce

1. First end game
2. Victor attached to survivor
3. Survivor escapes

Explanation

Twins bug. If Victor is attached to a survivor when the gates are open, they are able to escape with Victor on their back. There is no blood warden effect either, and Victor will spawn back instantly.
