Survivor escapes with attached Killer through exit gate

Actual Result:	Survivor is able to escape while victor is attached to them.
Expected Result:	Survivor should not be able to escape with victor attached to them, causing a mini blood warden effect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have survivor open exit gate
2. Use victor against healthy survivor in exit gate, or just have victor attached to a healthy survivor
3. Have survivor leave, victor will stay attached, and exit gate will not stop survivor from leaving causing victor to die and survivor to escape.

Explanation

Twins exit gate issue. Survivors are able to leave while victor is attached to them.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Have survivor open exit gate

3. Have survivor leave, victor will stay attached, and exit gate will not stop survivor from leaving causing victor to die and survivor to escape.
